I had an emergency retina issue that required an unexpected visit to Southwest. Everyone was so helpful in squeezing me in so that within an hour I knew what needed to be done. Dr. Thorseth was so helpful in explaining what happened, why it happens, and making an appointment for retina surgery that same day. I am very grateful for all that was done for me. I just found my new eye doctor! Thanks!
