So went there for the first time in September 2025 was referred by my primary doctor and never saw Dr. Lalani they said he was out on med leave so saw he's PA they discovered I have 5 nodules in my throat so they schedule a biopsy in October they called me to reschedule because the doctor says he doesn't feel comfortable to do my biopsy so soon from coming back from med leave ok I understood that then they call me the day before the rescheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule AGAIN till January so I could have cancer AGA... read more
DO NOT GO HERE. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY! All the other reviews are right. SCHEDULING IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED in my entire life. You get scheduled and then sit for HOURS- like 3+ hours before you are seen. I saw Dr. Lalani in JULY, it’s October. They keep rescheduling me. I was scheduled Aug 27th and they canceled me until September 22nd the canceled and October 15th. I am sure that would get canceled to, but I canceled on them today. Former Patient of this practice and long term healthcare employee; please avoid this practice. I was referred to Dr. Lalani for thyroid management during my pregnancy. Every visit had a 1+ hour lobby wait time then a 30+ min treatment room wait time. My care was so poorly managed that after I started their treatment regiment my care quickly declined and despite multiple visits of me reporting I was feeling worse under their prescribed regiment I was offered no solution; I eventually got admitted to the hospital and placed in... read more
Do not recommend. After coming here for years, I had a billing question that I found genuinely difficult to understand. Unfortunately, the office manager was not helpful and told me that if I wasn’t happy with their policies, I was free to go elsewhere. So that’s exactly what I’m going to do.
