Terribly difficult to book an appointment, had to leave message, wait 3 days for a callback, as of yet no return call. then tried to start the process over again and then again. I'm trying to get my prescription for my insulin but can't reach these people.
DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER!! Unfortunately, for us, we did not do our homework nor read prior reviews so we ended up going to an appointment and the provider was not able to see us an hour and a half into the waiting period so we ended up leaving and requesting a refund of our co-pay. The staff is completely incompetent from the front desk to the medical assistance and they are utterly confused about everything surrounding your medical file insurance and scheduling. PATIENT ALERT: HIGH RISK MEDICAL PRACTICE! I'm new to the area. I've now been here 4 times. Each time has been a disorderly disaster. 3 of the 4 times I waited over 70 minutes. The visits have all consisted of them not having their reports or equipment working properly. I told my primary care physician to never send me back. I've spent the last 29 years in and out of hospitals and clinics. I'm very patient, compassionate and understanding to a fault appearently. Save yourself the mistake of coming here.
