Former Patient of this practice and long term healthcare employee; please avoid this practice. I was referred to Dr. Lalani for thyroid management during my pregnancy. Every visit had a 1+ hour lobby wait time then a 30+ min treatment room wait time. Do not recommend. After coming here for years, I had a billing question that I found genuinely difficult to understand. Unfortunately, the office manager was not helpful and told me that if I wasn’t happy with their policies, I was free to go elsewhere. So that’s exactly what I’m going to do.
Terribly difficult to book an appointment, had to leave message, wait 3 days for a callback, as of yet no return call. then tried to start the process over again and then again. I'm trying to get my prescription for my insulin but can't reach these people.
DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER!! Unfortunately, for us, we did not do our homework nor read prior reviews so we ended up going to an appointment and the provider was not able to see us an hour and a half into the waiting period so we ended up leaving and requesting a refund of our co-pay. The staff is completely incompetent from the front desk to the medical assistance and they are utterly confused about everything surrounding your medical file insurance and scheduling.
