Whoever is the office manager of this practice should be fired immediately. I went there last year for thyroid check, my first visit took about 4 hours that I had to text my babysitter multiple times. After that, I had questions and phone for the medical assistance was never answered. I was diagnosed with Thyroid cancer and and went through surgery with a surgeon. I called Dr Lalani’s office to schedule my routine endo appointment. As I’m updating my insurance information, the front desk personnel tells me that I have a balance and would need to put the manager on the phone to explain why as it was not mentioned during my prior visits and last one in 2024. The manager gets on the phone and immediately starts to blame me for not “knowing” that I had a balance from 2021!!! I explained how I had been to the office in 2024 and never once received a bill. This practice has been a nightmare. Have needed a biopsy of thyroid for over 6 months. Cancelled 4 times the day of. The only person that can do it in their practice is Dr Lalani. We have been trying to get a referral to an imaging center. They never answer the phones and if we do get someone on the phone, they will not identify themselves or can hardly speak English. Have to find another endo

I would look to another place. The dr litteraly couldnt remember what they had allready done. Asking me while thr computer is in front of them. Scheduling issues, getting return calls takes weeks. Getting med fills is ridiculous. Then I find out that the dr up and walked out of thr practice leaving them short staffed and cant see me for way too long, mean while I suffer everyday. And still haven't gotten a 100 pecent diagnosis. Yeah im done with them.
