-5 stars !!! Have been diagnosed with nerve damage, due to a spinal cord injury by 3 doctors & Mayo Clinic. The office staff had a month to get my reports but, didn't. So Dr. Salim went by report of a 6-7 year old MRI. MRI shows that vertebrae are lined up. Good. But, I have nerve damage from my spinal cord being pinched. She told me I looked strong & it was all in my head !! So, she thinks I'm just another low life that wants drugs.
