This lady was hella rude to my fiancé. She came out of her appointment in tears. She treated her with so much disrespect. Slamming tools down, interrupting her, Hitting her gums with the sharp tools, improper use of tools were getting too hot for her teeth. Talking down to her. Left her with a result she didn’t like but didn’t want to offend the dentist and was afraid to speak up. Wasted my money and my fiancé’s time!! Will NOT BE RETURNING.
As someone who has worked in dentistry for nearly 20 years, I can confidently say Dr. Parsi is an exceptional cosmetic dentist and a true artist. I recently had composite veneers done with her and was incredibly impressed by her precision, attention to detail, and aesthetic eye — she truly creates beautifully natural, balanced smiles. They constantly call to cancel and reschedule, to the point where both the staff and Dr. Parsi seem confused and blame the patient for missed appointments. Appointments are scheduled based on their convenience, forcing patients to rearrange their plans to fit Dr. Parsi's availability.
