Simply does not care about you or your health. Nothing but a pill mill "doctor". He'll get his I'm sure. He needs to be stripped of his license and thrown in prison.
I seen Dr atif at AdventHealth Manchester Ky er visit. He is the most incompetent dr I have ever met and or ever went to in my life and I have seen some quacks in my lifetime. Please never get care from this dr ever you will thank me later
