He told me he wanted to have me allergy tested and then never put the referral in. Called twice in the span of a MONTH from my appointment and the receptionist is giving me attitude because I want to just get this done and her doctor isn't doing his job. If I never called I'm sure it would've been my fault that I never got the testing done. Anyone know of any other ENTs with better reception staff?
Dr. Tournas has been my ENT for a few years now. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, gentle, and honest. I was scared to go to another ENT after a bad consult with one when I was younger. He made sure I was comfortable and assured me that things will not be that way with him and a few years ago He did a septoplasy on me and beautifully done. I can breathe much better now than ever before. If I need more work done in the future. I will only go to him.
This is so ridiculous, every time you call this office they never answered, and when they answer the person can't even take a message, or they are in lunch or rescheduled the appointment because the doctor is in surgery. They take advantage because is only a few ENT doctors in Amsterdam
