The tallest receptionist lady with the glasses should be fired. She is the main reason for all the disdain. Horrible person who plays with people personal information, diagnosis documents, and lies about signage of official paperwork. Please try to find another provider that can take your insurance. This office is disorganized to the point of mismanagement. Unprofessional, poor communication, sub-par care. Expect 2+ hour wait times, unqualified care, and in my case, they didn't give me extremely important, time-sensitive information. I only found out something important about my health that they had explicitly failed to communicate nine months later. Even then, they miscommunicated the information, after hours of waiting.
