I worked here as an office manager for only a few months because every single day I was there I was being verbally abused by the insurance verification specialist, Dinaleah Okin, who is personal friends with Dr. Atanelov. The doctor often sided with this person and turned the situation around to try to force me to accommodate this employees verbal and emotional abuse because he said "she's not a good communicator." The physio therapists are caring and knowledgeable. The patients are treated by different therapists each time and each one adds her own expertise. I have made a lot of progress since I began coming here. The office staff is friendly and helpful.
The therapists are WONDERFUL, CARING, and really care about their patients. I highly recommend Steady Strides to anyone who needs therapy.

Therapists were really nice. Billing was horrible. Billed for 2 services at once and vague expenses. Don't rely on insurance to cover this.
