I was in the ER at Mercy Hospital twice recently with Migraine Headaches. The ER referred me to Dr. Husain for a neurological follow-up. I called the office and wasn’t sure I had the right number b/c the person picking up the phone never identified who they were. Not responsive. Unable to receive or return calls. Mailbox is always full. Visited doctor a month ago and received referral for MRI and no one to communicate or get back to. Can’t get through as I mentioned above, mailbox is always full and when you barely get through. You are told that they will get back to you but never get back to you. Very inappropriate.
I too would leave 0 stars if I could. I appreciate that Dr. Hussain is timely, however her appts are rushed not leaving enough time to share health updates and ask questions. After receiving concerning routine lab results one year she messaged me a note in the portal to basically not worry about it.
