This was my husband’s appointment … It was a 9:00 appt. for labs, Jamie Coleman visit, infusion, and shot. Let me be upfront and say that we LOVE & trust Dr. Jha & Jamie! We got to the back about 10;00. We saw Jamie about 10:50, without labs being drawn. He went to infusion area around 11:10. He called to be picked up @ 1:15…. No infusion due to low platelets… over 4 hrs and no infusion. There is definitely a breakdown some where. Really missing Hunter(lab tech) & Madison(lab draws & infusion nurse) !
