I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the severe lack of professionalism at this office. I suffer from acute back pain, which makes traveling a painful and physically exhausting process. I made a 45-minute drive specifically for an 8:00 AM appointment with Dr. Sharan, only to arrive and find out that he wasn't even in the office. To waste a patient's time—especially someone dealing with severe physical pain—shows a complete disregard for patient care and basic courtesy.
