His office and employees are wonderful. They really care for their patients.
In 77 years I had never had any medical interventions in my life. But, my first experience was with Dr Rumalla for a endoscopy of the pancreas a few days ago. He was an amazing doctor! Friendly, compassionate and mostly knowledgeable. I highly recommend him. It was a positive experience. His staff also was great.
It would be very helpful if they were to return calls to the patient. Called twice on the Friday before a Monday appt regarding my appointment. Left 2 messages, no call back. Not very professional if you ask me.
