I have been trying to get a copy of my medical records for over 2 months from Dr. Patel’s office, and every time I call them or show up at their office I’m given a different excuse, everything from we’re not technologically advanced at this office, to our office managers in California, and we don’t know when she’ll be back. Big crook. Charged for referals I didn’t need. Called me and said my Wife shouldn’t complain. I said she shouldn’t have to complain you are working for us. Realized then that he is of a religion that is afraid to let their women speak. He scammed me and the insurance co.
Dr. Patel is a very kind and compassionate Dr. Would recommend him to anyone. We are like family to him. Very good Dr.
If you’re looking for a good Doctor that cares about the well-being of the patient, keep looking because I wouldn’t recommend him.
