People answering the phones need training. Good customer service goes a long way. Imagine the way you speak to someone and ask yourself this "would I like myself or my loved one talked to this way"?
I've been seeing Dr Koraym for two years. From day one there have been problems. The Dr repeatedly got me mixed with other patients, read test results to me that were not mine, lost my test results, even the ones done in his office. On the last visit he he had no knowledge of the MRI he prescribed back in December last year. All this caused significant worry for me. Very thorough, conscientious doctor.
Appointment was at noon and got there 20 minutes early to complete paperwork. Very little waiting room that was filled with people and a TV on high volume playing a Jerry Springer type show of Paternity Court. They took almost everyone in waiting room including probably 8 patients that came in up until almost 1 PM, well after my appointment time. Dr Koraym is an excellent cardiologist and because of that he has a very large client base and is very busy because of it.I have been a patient of his for several years and I have always been treated with the utmost respect and I am very confident in being in his care.Anyone who has something negative to say about him does not really know him.
