This office is absolutely terrible!! My boyfriend had an appointment and the office is very unprofessional, talking rudely to the customers. Dr. Koraym was super unprofessional and seemed super confused about everything. It was just extreme chaos in the office. It was super awkward, weird, and uncomfortable. Front desk lady had a bad attitude with everyone and acting like nothing is happening. This office needs to be checked out. My boyfriend had an appointment at 12 and didn’t get checked in until 1:30 absolutely terrible!
Dr. Koraym is an excellent cardiologist. He is considerate of your feelings. He also listens to me. He runs tests when necessary and when he thinks there's a problem. The staff is also excellent. Very kind and friendly. They get messages to Dr Koraym asap and you usually get a response within minutes!!! I recommend him very highly.
I just saw Dr. Koraym in the Xenia office. I felt he could have explain my symptoms, diagnosis, and all of my heart medications. I called your office later to inform that there were meds on/in my records that I wasn't taking anymore. I was told that they couldn't remove them, that I have to go to the prescribing doctor. I just wanted the cardiologist to have the most updated info. I guess I wrongly assumed that the doctor would care. Since It showed two meds on my chart that can not be taken together.
