Insufficient staffing and poor service! Scheduling anything is a nightmare with them and the doctor only sees you for less than 5 minutes then charges insurance over $100!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! I originally set up a virtual appointment in the wrong time zone and there was no courtesy call when I was late. They charged me $100 even though after insurance, the doctor only gets $60. What is ridiculous is that he only ever spends 5 minutes at every appointment. I fee been going to them for over a year now and the first late appointment, I get hit with this fine. Never go to them.

Do not go to this doctor! The staff is limited and are NOT accommodating. They will charge you $100 no show policy, when all they had to do was call you at 5 minutes past the scheduled time too see if there was a scheduling error. They do not accommodate even after being a loyal patient.

Thank you Dr Shah for helping me. Helping me continue on my mental health journey by teaching me what not to look for in a psychiatrist. I’m not “lonely” or need to just “get over my childhood”. I finally found a correct diagnosis. Complex PTSD from childhood abuse and severe chronic anxiety. So even though you weren’t able to help me you still helped me fight on in my journey to keep trying to find a proper psychiatrist and I eventually did. I’m now getting the help I’ve always needed. So thank you, regardless.
