Dr. Thanki did my fusion (cage) for my sciatica, over 20 years ago. He let me decide how long I wanted to wait or if I could put it off but I chose the surgery ASAP since I was in so much pain. It was the best decision I ever made. If I still lived in PA, I wouldn't hesitate to see him again, if needed.
