Very true staff there is bad not profesdionally I call to refill medication always nothing til I call N call til I really recieve it .never seen my doc ashok. Always a different doc but I guess is fine but the recirptionist there are terrible July 21 2023 I call so many time to talk with the doctor because I went to Er 07.20.2023 doctor not there too see me no foc so I call in so many time have the recirptionist contact the doc for medicen for my uti infection early in the morning they always say yeah 1 hr yeah 2 hr yeah 3hr... read more
Worst experience ever I was never able to get what my brother needed he had a stroke and Dr Ashok and his staff are chaos No one ever mentioned Dr Ashok is on probation and can’t even write a prescription Please look into it It’s a disaster waiting to happen if he’s your primary Dr. Our loved ones are trying to survive while Dr Ashok and his staff are playing Russian roulette with their lives God help us this has to stop I am forced to give one star I’d like to give negative five
My healthy Mom Mrs. S. Rosenthal died march 13 2017 under Dr. Ashoks care and quality risk supervisor emailed me and said hospital care was so poor that she died in greater El Monte community hospital . Dr. Ashoks also reportedly went on vacation while treating his patient that relied on his services.
Zero stars. Extremely incompetent office staff and the place is a mess. Never saw Dr. Ashok and the wait for a referral is ridiculously long. This place should be closed. They provide no real service to the community.
WORSE CLINIC EVER I CALLED ON A WEDNESDAY THEY SAID THEIR NOT SEEING ANYONE FACE TO FACE SO THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME THURSDAY FOR A PHONE VISIT AND NOTHING I CALLED AND THE RECEPTIONIST WAS SO U PROFESSIONAL THAN SHE PROMISED THEY WOULD CALL ME FRIDAY MORNING. FRIDAY COMES 10:30 am and nothing so I call and the receptionist said hold on let me ask. She tells me we will have a tele health visit at 2:30 pm it’s right now 3:20 pm and no call from the Dr. WORSE CLINIC AND DOCTOR EVER
