Dr Richardson is a phenomenal physician. From my first call to the office through appointments and follow up she and the office have been on top of everything. She is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and advocates for the best care of her patients. The office itself is very clean and well maintained. I can’t thank Dr Richardson and her staff enough for the care I received. I can see why both my primary physician and OB/GYN recommended her as the top choice in the area without hesitation.

On my initial visit, she was kind, patient in answering questions, & even compassionate, HOWEVER, there is another side to her. After a few follow up visits, I had an experience much like Laura H posted here. I felt unheard, mocked, & humiliated, all in front of 2 students she had following her. She dismissed my concerns (I had breast cancer) & actually said I should see a psycololgist, then said she was only joking after I indicated I didn't appreciate that remark. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ashley Richardson and would not recommend her to anyone. Despite arriving first thing in the morning, the wait time was excessive, which set the tone for the entire visit. When I was finally seen, her bedside manner was rude and dismissive. She spoke down to me and made it very clear—both in tone and attitude—that she believes her time is far more valuable than her patients’. There isn’t enough money to pay for the blood, sweat and tears she puts forth. She is passionate and professional. Cancer isn’t always about happy smiles and wonderful bedside manner. Her staff takes care of that! She puts our lives first!!!!
