I have been going to Dr. Ashley McCloud's office in Madison for almost three years. I've had nothing but a positive experience every time I've visited her office. She is extremely tentative, she listens to my problems and has always offered me her expert and professional advice. Her office staff is excellent, fast and professional. I am so glad I found her office.
I am thoroughly disappointed in the lack of patient care, interest, compassion, and practice of medicine at this facility. I went to see this physician (Dr. Mccloud) for a second opinion after receiving poor care from a nurse practitioner at the same practice. I visited the office due to pain, but neither doctor could properly diagnose me, cared to further explore the issue, or provide a stronger prescription for my pain than the naproxen I had previously been prescribed by another physician.
