Unprofessional and cold. If you can find another doctor, I highly suggest you do. She does not care how far you drove or how horrible you feel. You are just another body in the waiting line. I have an autoimmune disease, I have seen multiple doctors down at YNHH since I was 7. This one is a cold fish. I understand that the medical professionals have their own challenges and a lot of stress placed upon them. I grew up with doctors in my family. Compassion costs nothing. There are so many other doctors out there that care.
