Ashley is very effective and focuses on long term exercises that really help. She’s extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Can’t recommend enough.
Dr. Garner is amazing! She always makes me feel so comfortable and has done wonders for my headaches & my jaw. Can not recommend her enough! :)
I struggled with headaches and neck pain for years before seeing Dr. Garner. Within a few sessions she was able to increase the mobility in my neck and decrease my headaches. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Garner as your chiropractor!
Amazing chiropractic service! Not only does Ashley provide treatment during appointments, but she also provides tips for exercises that strengthen your back outside of scheduled appointments. Great environment as well. I was nervous about feeling out of place because I am not a physically fit person, but I always feel comfortable there! Cannot recommend enough!
