Deeply unkind. Lacks basic human compassion. This is the first (and hopefully last) negative review I've ever left about anyone. She was dismissive when I asked her for pain medicine for my father who was in tremendous pain following a difficult medical procedure. My father is an old school guy who, to my knowledge, has basically never taken pain medication for anything. He's broken an arm and a femur and I never heard him complain about the pain.
