If I could rate her lower, I would! This woman that is supposed to work in psychology, has very poor communication practices and likes to blame patients for her mistakes. She did not make a referral like she should have. This was not a referral I knew I needed back in July and found out at the end of October it was necessary. This mistake cost me an additional 4,000 due to insurance.
