I came for my appointment only to find that it was cancelled after they called the wrong phone number to confirm. No concern for patients only for filling the schedule. Month later update: Dr. Verma himself called the WRONG number again and left a message informing me that I cannot be his patient because of the above review. In my experience with Doctors and Office Staff I have pretty positive results and a few negative ones, but concerning Dr. Verma & Staff I have more than positive results! First of all, in my opinion, I feel that Dr. Verma was born to be a doctor in the truest sense. I have found him to be very compassionate & caring person. Every time I have asked him a question in person or mostly on his portal he immediately answers my questions as if I was his one and only patient! How many doctors do that these days?
