I have worked in healthcare for over 30 years and associated with all types of specialists. Dr. Verma and staff are the best I have seen. Very knowledgeable, polite, and effective treating their patients. I highly recommend this place to anyone with endocrine or metabolic issues.

If you are a woman with health concerns please avoid this location at all costs. The staff is completely incompetent and do not care about their patients. The woman responsible for insurance authorizations is an absolute clown. I have had three appointments for a scheduled MRI cancelled because she refuses to do her job. This establishment is a joke. On top of this MRI nightmare I have never once actually saw the “specialist.” Do not waste your time.
Dr Verma will not let you speak or listen to your concerns. You'll rarely see him when you have an appointment with him, you will only see his staff. My daughter has needed a new insulin pump all year because hers is expiring and his office won't supply our insurance company the information they need to cover a new pump so we're going to have to go back to needles. When you call his office you can't even get a person on the phone. You can only get voicemail. You can leave 10 voicemails and they still won't call you back.
