Very disappointed. He used to be a great Doctor. Quality of service has gone down. 1) Never calls back when the labs results come in (even if the results are not normal). Not even once. need to follow up at least 5 times to get this done 2) Overbooks appointments and rushes when we meet for diagnosis. Very less time spent of diagnosis since there are other patients waiting 3) Will ask to wait when in the reception area after lab or EKG is done. but will not meet to discuss the issues in the results or treatment. Not happy with doctor Patel at all . Did my blood work in order for you to get results you have to schedule another visit and get charged instead give you answer over the phone. I feel like they are production shop when doctor has no time for you , just come in get billed and wait for your results until next visit.I AM TELLING EVERYONE THAT I KNOW DON'T GO THERE BECUASE THEY TREAT YOU LIKE SUBJECT. Where is integrity, humanity , hmm probably never had one.
