Dr. Shah was very kind. He took the time to meet with me before my procedure and explained everything. His demeanor helped calm my nerves.
Went in for a colonoscopy and endoscopy, I was nervous, but Dr. Shah made me feel that I was in good hands, also the intake lady, I forgot her name, she was from Baltimore, she was awesome! Only problem was the receptionist, she had a attitude. But other than that, everyone was amazing, thank you!
Dr. Shah is a warm and comforting physician. He talked to me before and after my colonoscopy. He explained the procedure, asked me if I had any questions and gave me detailed information. I felt so comfortable in his capable hands. I highly recommend him!!
