My wife has been waiting two weeks after recieving X-Rays for a broken tailbone. We have called 5 times in the last two weeks, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! We have left countless messages, She cant walk, she cant sit down. Does she need some type of treatment? Do we ice it? Do we heat it? How long will this last? All questions that have no answers due to the incredible lack of care, concerne and professionalism from this office. DISCRACE OF A PRACTICE.
lol don’t pick this office as your primary. I barely go to the doctors but I needed the initial blood work done as a new patient. I had to wait a whole MONTH just for a phone appt to go over it. ANOTHER month just for the results to be mailed to me with no communication on how I could access online. Now, I requested another blood test due to my insurance ending, Im moving out the country, my vitamin levels weren’t even checked and I would simply appreciate a final review?! Can I not request that? I call and request lab order... read more
I wouldn't go to anyone else here in the High Desert. Dr. Malhotra is like family to me now.
