Dr Traveti is great, I feel he listens and helps so much. His staff however are not helpful. At my most recent visit I was told I had a bill to pay that I never received. I was billed for a phone call between my new insurance and their office 4 months after the fact. The stuff up front were very unprofessional discussing other patients interactions. Dr. Trivedi required I get imaging done before any treatment injections or ablasions could happen. My MRI request has been denied twice because of lack of notes submitted by Dr. Trivedi. I had a follow up appointment with him recently where he offered to switch which muscle relaxant I am on. I was upset and confused because the muscle pain stems from nerve pain in my spine and had been referred to neurology for additional care outside of muscle relaxants and NSAIDs. Dr Trivedi is amazing. His staff is not. If you are out of town, do not go to this office. The office staff is the worst and the insurance person is not helpful at ALL!!
