I started to see the doctor about 10 to 15 years ago. I found out I had MS during an attack. I have been seeing him ever since. He is very thoughtful and knowledgeable. He has saved my life. I am in my seventies now and I am going strong because of his treatment plan. I have had excellent service by his staff. Very kind and understanding. Excellent Dr. and staff
Dr Traveti is great, I feel he listens and helps so much. His staff however are not helpful. At my most recent visit I was told I had a bill to pay that I never received. I was billed for a phone call between my new insurance and their office 4 months after the fact. The stuff up front were very unprofessional discussing other patients interactions. Dr. Trivedi required I get imaging done before any treatment injections or ablasions could happen. My MRI request has been denied twice because of lack of notes submitted by Dr. Trivedi. I had a follow up appointment with him recently where he offered to switch which muscle relaxant I am on. I was upset and confused because the muscle pain stems from nerve pain in my spine and had been referred to neurology for additional care outside of muscle relaxants and NSAIDs. I have already failed physical therapy and was referred to ... read more
