The reception is hateful. I called to see if they were taking new patients and she was very rude and hateful. When I told her it was for my husband and he had champva she asked several unnecessary questions about the Va. I explained to her I am the veteran and I have a different insurance which wasn’t really her business but I told her Champva is for spouses.
