I recently had an appointment with doctor Elshinawy. The first appointment was cancelled due to her being sick which is understanding. However, the second appointment we rescheduled we ran into some traffic and ended up being 2 minutes late. We called to let them know we were running behind and the doctor refused to take us in. Not only that but every time we go we are waiting for at least 30 minutes. Yet, we were 2 minutes late and she refused to take us in after trying to get an appointment several times.
