Horrible. Go literally anywhere else. You never know who you will get; might be a doctor, might be a PA, might be someone you’ve never heard of. Lots of turn over in nurse practitioners. Office staff is rude, disrespectful, unorganized and unresponsive. They don’t return calls or messages. They are NEVER on time or even remotely close to it. I had hoped my first few experiences were just off days for the team, but I’ve finally had enough. No one here knows what’s going on or how to handle patient care.

I’ve been going to this office for over a year, and unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Asha has consistently been frustrating. Appointment wait times are often extremely long—frequently 2–3 hours past the scheduled time, even when appointments are booked days in advance. Recently, I drove 30–40 minutes to an appointment only to be told it had been canceled, with no prior notification. Oddly, I was billed for a fecal blood test, which was never performed. This was put through United Healthcare and they are asking that I pay the remaining ~71%. I have not been able to get through to the office, as no one answers the phone.

Avoid unless you enjoy surprise charges and endless runaround. I went to this clinic for an annual preventive physical and explicitly stated I only wanted tests included in the physical/preventive visit. Despite that, they performed additional tests without clearly informing me and without getting my consent in a way that made the billing consequences obvious.
