Office is somewhat disorganized. Somehow a form that is essential to my husband's license keeps on adding reason after reason why he cannot fill it out. He at least for my husband's experience is not very considerate and will not listen to anything we say. Update: no idea what is going on this year but my husband prescription has been messed up 5 times this year. His dosage and tablet amount has not changed for 15 years. Dr. Kebede would not come into the patient room because I was in my masking period from COVID. I am in desperate need of a refill of my Narcolepsy medicine and had to wait a long time to get this appt. He peaked his head in by the room and asked a few questions from a distance and said he would call me for the rest of the appt. He never did and I still need my medication.
Terrible staff and lack of bedside manner. Absolutely no compassion for patients. Lack of organization. Would rather have a patient risk falling asleep while working and driving and risk their livelyhood and loss of job than to help their patients. Very unprofessional. Its too bad because Dr. KEBEDE IS TRULY A WONDERFUL DR.
Office staff absolutely rude...4 standing around 1 on phone... didn't acknowledge me...waited 15 minutes.. finally got a.. what do you need? Seriously all need RETRAINED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
