Schedule appointment over a month in advance. Office cancel via app less than two hour before while I was on flight back to Miami to make appointment. Receptionist unprofessional and no customer service. No effort to reschedule.
Dr. Badu was incredible! Despite the rush hour traffic, I drove over an hour to make it to this appointment, and it was well worth it. The office was prompt with no long wait times, and Dr. Badu was exceptionally attentive. As a first-time patient, she took the time to ask numerous questions to really understand me and my health history. I am excited i've found my new OBGYN
