Very knowledgeable & caring
My husband was referred by his PCP. Office staff is horrible, they keep you on hold until call disconnects. Sent him for a test that they never had authorized by the insurance company. Provider doesn't seem to care about his patients.
Took 5 months to get a scan approved. Wrong codes. After getting those results a different scan was ordered which took 6 weeks to be approved. Wrong codes. These are the lungs we’re dealing with and shouldn’t take this long. Also, needed a script refilled. Pharmacy tried 3 times. None of the office staff ever responded. Had the same problem. Put on hold, no one answering phones and call backs were difficult to get. No longer use this office and would never refer anyone else there.
