Didn’t listen to my history. Prescribed medication that I couldn’t have from prior surgeries. Prescribed repeated medication of one I was already for an unrelated issue that was listed in my chart and not appropriate for the well documented in history condition that I was sent by immediate care due to it recurrence and diagnosis. Condition now worse and requiring repeat ER visit per my primary provider.
