I had a terrible experience and cannot recommend. I sent through an appointment request 26th May, I received a call to book in an appointment for the Saturday. I then received a call a few days later stating my appointment had to be moved, Understandable these things happen, it was rescheduled for 3 weeks' time. I had a lady call me today asking me why I had an appointment booked when the Dr wasn't consulting. Really poorly handled and both receptionists had an unprofessional approach/ phone manor. Dr Arzoo has the most incredible service, with immense patience and understanding. She made me feel so safe and comfortable throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!
Worst gynaecologist ever! She makes mistakes with sample removals (tissue of the cervix) as she misses the place that needs to be tested!. Pathology results shows that she missed. She never apologises cos of her egotistical personality. My GP attended one of the gynaecologists conferences and Dr Arzoo had copied and pasted researched articles and put it on her slides/projector lol This women is NOT intelligent. Watch out guys! She will make mistakes and not apologise to anyone. Don’t risk it!
