Barstow office is the best. Would definitely recommend.
You have a better chance getting a hold of Jesus up in heaven than you do anyone in that front desk I’ve called multiple times they never answer. I’ve been inside the office and dialed and watched as they simply push a button and send the phone call to hold with literally no one inside. I’ve witnessed it with my own eyes. I don’t know what the girls are doing, but they’re definitely not taking calls. This is very frustrating as I’m simply trying to get Paperwork taken care of, and they are not answering.
Dr. Salwan is great, he’s very thorough, I have no complaints about him. This review is for the Hesperia office only. Anytime I call to set up an appointment or call for any other reason, no one answers. I’ve left messages to be called back to schedule an appointment, and no one ever called back. This has happened a few times already. So I drove to the office to schedule an appointment. There were two girls at the reception desk, one girl helped me to schedule a couple of appointments. The people in the relation was nice and the nurses were nice and the doctor was a nice person
I am unwilling to continue with a provider who has staff that is incompetent.
