Dr Gopal is an amazing Doctor. My whole family uses him!
It's hard to rate this Dr.. When he treated me (which was a number of times) he was very good. He takes his time with you and is very good at what he does. Where he falls short is: His billing is horribly slow! You will receive bills for work he did over a year ago. But the worst thing is you can NEVER, EVER, get in touch with him. I called 12 times and went to his office 4 times. His office was ALWAYS closed and he never returned ANY of my calls. I am now looking for another doctor.
My dad had test at their office over a month ago and we've yet to be contacted by office or Dr. After several calls trying to obtain results, I was told they didn't have his results and couldn't find them! They proceeded to ask where we had labs and I informed them that their office did them! After much frustration, I contacted a Quest lab and they found them within minutes!
