I’m a new patient so far not a great experience. They just called me about a prescription that never discussed. Tried pressing zero to leave a voicemail but no luck was unable. So far my experience hasn’t been pleasant. My first visit my appointment was at 10am didn’t get seen until like 11:15. Trying to be reasonable and understanding.
I was referred by Dr Z, I contact there and left voicemails, no response for 2 weeks, unreachable, for elder patients with health issues, it’s hard to wait for several weeks Very it responsible
Greatly appreciate the support from Dr Bavare and her staff. Especially Kashish who helped me so much and really went above and beyond to help me get mom the services she so desperately needed. Thank you!!
I've been going here for a few years, lately I've been having problems with referrals and when I go to doctor visit not getting my refills. One time I tried calling and no one answered the phone, I drove up there and the staff was there. The staff is really different not the communication is awful. I've spoke about it and nothing has changed. I hate switching doctors when I've been there for years, but I will be switching. The staff needs communication training.
This doctor is HORRIBLE. Money is all she is there for, not helping patients.
