My experience was good. Her recommendation of giving birth at Jessie McPherson was excellent. Her staff were always nice on the phone and at the clinic. Cathy was always nice on the phone too. Whole in sole I was in good hand. Thank you very much.

I never ever faced a receptionist like the one I talked to due to appointment that we had over the phone. I was simply asking her if there was any interpreter because my mom needed one i didnt claim that we requested for one, and you didnt do it, and the way she was talking was very unacceptable and rude. I'm not really sure of her name but I think she was Kate, Katy or something like that. Very disappointing that because of these kind of people we decided not to see the doctor.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The receptionist (Kathy) has been incredibly rude in every single interaction that I've had right from booking appointments to requesting copies of results. She interrogates and cross-questions you and always turns things around to make it seem like it's your fault that something has been missed or that you are even needing an appointment in the first place.
