If I could give 0 stars I would. The receptionist (Kathy) has been incredibly rude in every single interaction that I've had right from booking appointments to requesting copies of results. She interrogates and cross-questions you and always turns things around to make it seem like it's your fault that something has been missed or that you are even needing an appointment in the first place. My experience with this clinic began on a negative note and only got worse. When I first called to book an appointment, the receptionist was incredibly rude and blunt. Rather than discussing availability or options, I felt like an appointment was forced on me without any consideration for my preferences or comfort. It left a bad first impression. Amazing doctor. Made me feel at ease throughout my pregnancy journey despite complications. She was very patient, never rushed the appointments, and answered all my queries attentively. Highly recommend
It was the worst experience too rude with the patient and always I had to wait to for an hour to meet her and sometimes after all that wait she didn't even meet.during consultation she was always in hurry to call the next patient.once I was questioning her about my reports she stood up and went to call the next patient.it was disgusting behaviour.i personally recommend to not to visit her.
Thank you for all the care. My experience was way better than my previous experience elsewhere. Her recommendation of giving birth at Jessie McPherson was excellent. Her staff were always nice on the phone and at the clinic. One thing to suggest is that you should call up before your appointment as Dr Kumar can get called to emergencies and delivering babies. She can run late but it’s because she listens to all her patients. She was always professional. Her staff Cathy was always nice on the phone too. Thank you very much.
