I had a brief appointment with Dr Arunaz Kumar who was incredibly helpful in directing me to a more suitable gynaecologist for my condition. She was friendly and was able to answer my questions. She was generous to bulk bill the session because it was short and I was referred elsewhere

My experience with this clinic began on a negative note and only got worse. When I first called to book an appointment, the receptionist was incredibly rude and blunt. Rather than discussing availability or options, I felt like an appointment was forced on me without any consideration for my preferences or comfort. It left a bad first impression. Very good at surgery. Very bad at respecting my wishes for a natural birth with my doula, and with the least interventions as possible. She pressured me a lot; before and during birth and also; dunno know the reason why; but she lied to me about the dilation and my physical state when I was most vulnerable. (A nurse confirmed that; and I have all the hospital notes) Seemed to me that she wanted to perform the c-section at any cost; rather than to leave it as an option.
