I have been going to Dr Sehgal for a number of years. Always have been able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, wait times at the office are very short, and most importantly he takes the time to listen and understand the issues and explains his diagnosis in a manner that is understandable/professional.
Feel like there many better doctors in the area, he doesn’t put in the time to see you it’s feels rushed and at the end there is no real plan to help you get better. His staff also very unhelpful will find ways to charge you more than you have to pay, I would steer clear of this office and find better ones in the area. Your health matters just not to these people lol!
Dr. Sehgal has cared for me and my wife for many years. His great skill as a doctor is complemented by his gentle kindness, understanding and availability. He listens and explains your care in detail and has the ability to quickly understand what is going on with your health needs. He recently suspected some issues I might be dealing with and referred me to the right specialist who had a procedure performed on me that stopped a problem before it got to far! Samantha is always very very quick in getting back with answers. Other staff is also very pleasant and returns the calls promptly. Even Dr.Arun Sehgal spends time with patient and always ready to answer any questions we have. I am lucky to get this doctor in our town Ramsey. NJ.
