Samantha is always very very quick in getting back with answers. Other staff is also very pleasant and returns the calls promptly. Even Dr.Arun Sehgal spends time with patient and always ready to answer any questions we have. I am lucky to get this doctor in our town Ramsey. NJ.

Echoing many of the other comments here, Dr. Sehgal is not the problem - one of his staff members is incredibly rude and unhelpful, seemingly going out of her way to deny referrals, be condescending, and create a toxic environment.
