Dr Vats was a great doctor. Yes he had heath issues but he was very good at taking care of our needs . Very professional and knowledgeable. It was a great loss when he retired . Now a lot of people don’t have a doctor. Too bad people couldn’t be more understanding.
Dr.Vats is a human being like the rest of us therefore he can be ill like the rest of us he is not a machine. Being patient and waiting to get in to seeing him can be very beneficial to you as he will be a great advocate for you as he has been for me. Please be patient he as he will see to your needs.
The “receptionist” here is completely lacking in any responsibility and accountability, she is rude, immature and just plain unpleasant. I mean I don’t think this woman couldn’t keep her attitude in check if her life depended on it. She has the communication skills of a misguided tween, she is a bold faced liar and should not be in charge of ANYTHING that has to do with peoples well being. I am not exaggerating here. I fell on cement last tuesday smashed my face up quite badly busted a finger have had 2 appointments cancelled since then one last thursday an 1 today when i take time off wirk to see him i lose money doez not seem to be his concern ..when Dr.Fitzgerald was there was never turned away even if i didnt have appointment always got to see my doctor this guy is a joke an his sore back seems to be an issue......
