Overcrowded, unfriendly staff, there was no teamwork involved, and constant non-communication between sites and other doctors. If you have cancer, do yourself a favor and do not go to this place. Seek treatment like City Of Hope, Cancer Treatment Center of America, etc... Our family didn't have a positive experience in Dr. Kalra office. We ended up doing the leg work for them, sat in the appt office for hours, and he wanted to start treatment before seeing biopsy results. I DO NOT RECOMMEND any cancer patient to go here. Terrible doctor. He was so rude and would not stop answering his cell phone during my visit. Lost my test results and instead of saying I don't have them, he came in and said everything looks great. I knew it as he didn't give me my copy of the results. Results are never uploaded on their website. When I inquired why they do not upload lab results onto their website, I was told that they are not able to do that is which is contradictory to what their website says.
