Won’t answer the phone at his business. It’s either busy or goes directly to a message and you’re unable to leave a message. So much for calling up for a follow up appointment after surgery.
I have been trying to reach the office for two weeks now. The phone system just relays a message that there is no answering machine and then you hear the 'on-hold beeps' but nobody ever answers the phone. I have called three times a day and in some cases stayed on the phone listening to the on-hold beeps for over 45 minutes before hanging up.
Dr. Muhunthan is a great man and a even better surgeon! Hes doing my gallbladder surgery and has done a few family members surgeries and they had nothing but amazing things to say about him! I trust him 100% and look forward to my surgery this coming August!
I have been trying to reach the offices of this specialist since July. It is now October and every single time i call the line is either busy or no one answers. With no voice machine to leave a message its easy to say this is the least convenient medical help I've ever received.
