I am a breast cancer survivor and I had implants for 16 years. They became extremely painful, so I went to Dr. Guiloff for a Breast Explant, an En Bloc Capsulectomy with Aesthetic Flat Closure. I chose to remove the implants and avoid future surgeries. I had the surgery done in Estetica’s private surgery room with their well established team. Everything was about me and my comfort and Dr. Guiloff’s work on my chest looks amazing!

I had laser CO2 on my face. Dr Guiloff was highly recommended by my dermatologist Dr Fayne. When I mentioned to Dr Fayne that I was considering a procedure to remove some of my wrinkles on my face, Dr Fayne told me that the only one that should do it should be Dr Guiloff. He was right. If you want the best results from your plastic surgery look no further than Dr. Guiloff. He is professional, knowledgeable and caring. I had a lower face and jaw lift and upper eye lift. Five months later and I’m so in love with the results!! I’ve been told by many that I look 20 yrs younger. Not bad for a bit discomfort for 2 weeks. It was worth every penny and more! Heard so much about Dr. Guiloff so I went to him for facial fillers before my sons wedding. I was bruised at first but had time before the wedding. After the bruising and swelling was gone I looked like I had nothing done. I looked exactly the same as I did before I went there. The lines above my lips were exactly the same as they were before and the crowd feet on my eyes were also exactly the same as before. I was very disappointed that I wasted the money. No difference at all. Very disappointe

Went to see him about improving reconstruction for breast cancer, and he said he couldn't do anything. I was very disappointed. Also said he was pretty sure that I had basil cancer on my face and did a biopsy. He was wrong- it was normal. I wasn't very impressed.

Dr. Guiloff is incredible!!! I will never go to another plastic surgeon as long as he is practicing. He did an incredible job on my breast augmentation; they look very natural! He is very polite, knowledgeable, smart, and caring. I highly recommended this Doctor for anyone who is looking for surgery.

Dr.Guiloff is absolutley amazing!!! He has fabulous bed side manner and made me feel completly comfortable every step of the way. He is very knowledgable and I trusted him with every decision I had to make. I would recommend him to anyone thinking about plastic surgery. He is wonderful at what he does.
