They don’t answer the phone regardless what time you call. The answering service answers all the time.
I have been with Dr. Hernandez for about 6 years and couldn't be happier with the service he provides. Always very attentive to questions and concerns that I may have and gives me the proper time to address everything. His staff is friendly and have great people skills. His brand new facility is always very clean.

I would give this zero stars if I could! I have been a patient for many years and I’ve always had a problem with his staff with them being unorganized and not getting back to you. At the moment I am sick and I had made an appointment and confirmed twice through their text message system upon getting to my appointment. They told me that my appointment was canceled. Dr. Hernandez is amazing. He helped me out so much. Very caring and understanding. Truly cares about his patients. On-site lab and beautiful facility. Lots of staff for help. Highly - highly recommend.
