He’s the best! He’s my doctor for 20 years
Absolutely the most incompetent staff ever. Never answer phones and when they do, they leave you on hold forever then hang up on you. I've had to literally walk in just to make an appointment. I walk in and the girls up front are doing nothing but be on their personal phones. Some are rude and some don't know anything about anything. They lose paperwork and results to where I've had to repeat tests. Wait time to see the Dr or NP is at least 3 hours. Absolutely ridiculous!
Very knowledgeable, Dr. Hernandez. He helped me get to a healthy state in my diabetes, a lower weight, and better lifestyle. Professional, courteous, and his staff is very friendly, patient, and helpful. Best doctor in El Paso, hands down. Thank you.
Dr. Hernandez is an excellent, trustworthy family physician. He explains medical conditions and treatment plans clearly and simply, making it easy to understand your health. Highly recommend his practice!
