My mother used to go to Dr. Carvalho a long time ago. Never complained about him. She decided she wanted to go back to him, so I called to see if I can make an appointment and the lady that I was speaking to was just disrespectful. She said they have no records of my mother so I asked to just make an appointment as a new patient, the lady said to make an appointment will take months.
