The Rudest most inconsiderate person I have ever dealt with. We hired Art to come inspect our pool, do monthly maintenance AND do an acid wash. Art didn't show up for his appointment and when I called and said I had been waiting for 20 minutes for him he said he was too busy and forgot and that I should find someone else if I was unhappy. That is definitely what I did. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I had my pool re-plastered a year ago and the excel material outside my pool re-surfaced and sealed. They had to re-order material three times because they did not order enough originally. 3rd time the manufacturer ran out of material so the pool had to be completed with a slightly different color from a different manufacturer. Same thing with the tile. The Excel material began cracking within 6 months and will have to be re-done soon. This is the most irresponsible company around El Paso. It is all about the money for them, at first they are all in you to get your money, I paid over 32K for our pool and was promised 10yrs warranty, now is a year later, I have an issues and has been ignored, lied to, etc, because they have my money now they are lying to us and made us wait for almost 4 month with no repairs done. Will have to hire someone else and take them to court, wow what it ripoff. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..

The guy made an appointment with me this past Saturday for an estimate. Never showed up. When I called after waiting at the address for 45 minutes, my call was sent to voicemail after 2 rings. Total disregard for my time. I guess he has enough business that he doesn't need mine.

nthony Apollo system. The piping and the angle for the new equipment did not match. He stood there a few minutes looking at the situation, I taught he was going to tell me that i needed a filter and valve system to match my new pump. No, instead he tells me this is what i can do. After about an hour he had every thing hocked up and running and did not charge me an arm and a leg for the repairs.
