Very nice person, very smart doctor, friendly and nice staff. Thank you doctor
Dr. Arakel is very nice man and a good doctor, but his staff is horrendous. Not filling prescriptions, not being upfront about payment information, and being an overall terrible source of information.
The office always overbooks appointments. The wait is usually 1-2 hours before even being taken to a room to wait for the doctor. Patients are not taken back based on their appointment time, but rather the time that they arrive. There is one front office woman who is friendly, but the other is rude and unhelpful. It feels like Dr. Arakel just cares about money and does not want to take time to explain what is going on or different options.

His a wonderful Doc. He always attends to all our needs. Very caring and smart.
Doctor Arakel is our primery physician near 10 years. He is very friendly with his patients & he is doing everything such as he can. I just want to say thanks for everything doctor.
I think one star is way too much for this office, Karmen, the lady who works in the front doesn't know what she is doing there, My brother is suffering with severe pain in his hip and needs to do a surgery ASAP! He can't walk, and it's getting worse by the minute. We went to this Dr. so he refer us to take the MRI. and been told that we need an authorization. After waiting for days and weeks, every time we called this office, she (Karmen), would say we have to wait for authorization (
